What a standard Ozimoto conversion includes

The price is not simply for an extra pair of wheels. Ozimoto’s current conversion information describes a purpose-built rear assembly with a true differential and reverse gear, in-house structural fabrication, integrated bodywork and pre-handover testing.

01

Rear axle & differential

Allows the rear wheels to rotate at different speeds through a corner.

02

Reverse gear

Useful when manoeuvring a three-wheeler in confined spaces.

03

Chassis fabrication

Structural work designed and completed at the Hua Hin workshop.

04

Body integration

The new rear structure is visually integrated with the motorcycle.

What changes the final quote?

Platform and condition

A larger or heavier platform demands different structural work. A customer-owned motorcycle must also be inspected before scope and price can be confirmed.

Finish and one-off bodywork

Colour matching, two-tone paint, custom trim, upholstery, storage and bespoke body shapes add design and fabrication time.

Adaptive controls and access

Hand controls, foot-control changes, seating, supports and wheelchair-accessible configurations are designed around an individual rider and quoted separately.

Can you bring your own bike?

Yes. Ozimoto accepts customer-owned motorcycles for assessment. The team checks condition, compatibility, intended use and the work required before issuing a quotation. Starting with an existing bike may reduce total project cost, but condition can also create additional work.

REGISTRATION & ROAD USE

Registration, licensing, insurance and road-legality requirements vary. Ozimoto’s terms place responsibility for confirming and obtaining the required approvals with the owner. Ask the workshop for current information, then verify the requirements that apply to your vehicle and jurisdiction.

Get a useful quote—not a guess

Send the make, model, year, current condition, intended use and any control, access, storage or finish requirements. The workshop can then decide whether the project is suitable for assessment.
