1. Bespoke work
Ozimoto vehicles, sidecars, parts and services are built or supplied to an agreed specification. A deposit may be required before design, materials allocation or fabrication begins. The written quotation and build agreement control the final scope, price, payment stages and cancellation terms.
2. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in Thai baht unless stated otherwise. Material, imported-component or specification changes may alter a quotation before a final agreement is signed. Cleared payment is required before release or delivery unless the written agreement states otherwise.
3. Registration, insurance and road legality
The customer is responsible for confirming and obtaining registration, licensing, insurance, tax and legal approvals required for the vehicle in the place it will be operated. Ozimoto does not guarantee that a modified or bespoke vehicle is road legal in every jurisdiction.
4. Safety and unauthorised changes
Operating a motorcycle, trike or sidecar involves inherent risk. The customer is responsible for safe operation, maintenance and use within their capabilities. Structural or control modifications made by another party after handover may affect safety and warranty.
5. Delivery and risk
Build and delivery programmes are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Risk transfers at workshop collection or handover to the agreed transport provider, subject to the final customer agreement.
6. Intellectual property and website use
Ozimoto vehicle designs, photography, brand assets and website content may not be commercially reproduced without written permission.
7. Governing law
Ozimoto’s current terms specify the laws and courts of Thailand. The final sales agreement may include additional project-specific conditions.
These website terms do not replace a signed build, rental, service or sales agreement.
